The TH series bucket elevator is independently developed by XKJ Group and is a fixed installation mainly use- d for the vertical continuous conveying of powdery materials or granular materials.The equipment is of str- aightforward structure, compact design,
good sealing performance, easy installation and maintenance,all- owing positive and reverse material feeding, as well as flexible process configuration and layout.

The main wheel uses delicate rubber, fireproofing, wearable, effectively avoid the slip.

It is widely used in mining ,metallurgy ,coal and other industries ,the belt conveyor can be used to transfer bulk materials or materiala in pieces ,according to different transgerring requirements ,the transferring system can be of only one belt conveyor or consists of several conveyors ,or combined with other transferring equipmens .the belt conveyoer can be installed hotizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transferring requirements.

The materials are scooped up by the hopper and brought to the top along with the conveyor belt or conveyor chain, and then the materials will roll down after bypassing the top wheel, and the bucket elevator will pour the materials to the receiving chute. The driving belt of bucket elevator with driving belt often uses rubber belt which is installed on the upper or lower transmission drum and the upper or lower redirection transmission drum. Bucket elevator with chain drive is often installed with two parallel transmission chains, and there is a pair of transmission sprocket on the lower or upper part and a redirection chain wheel on the upper or lower part. Bucket elevator is often installed with enclosure to avoid dust pollution.
