1.Gold ore CIL & CIP process plant

Process advantages:

The gravity separation method is a process of obtaining products with different densities or different particle sizes according to the loose distribution and separation conditions caused by the different densities and particle sizes of various minerals, spray fluid dynamics and various mechanical forces.

Gravity separation method is an ancient mineral processing method, and it was applied in gold mineral processing production earlier, and it is a main gold processing method. Placer gold is basically the use of gravity separation. It is also very effective to recover gold from vein gold mines by gravity separation. For placer gold mines mined in open pits, vertical centrifugal concentrators can also be used for gold separation.

According to the different equipment used in the re-selection method, there are many re-selection methods. Gravity separation equipment commonly used in gold separation can be divided into three categories: jig, shaker and chute. Chutes include fixed chutes, conical concentrators, spiral concentrators, spiral chutes, gold pans, etc.

①jigging gold method
The main equipment for jigging gold separation is a jig machine, which will mix mineral particles of different specific gravity, and stratify according to specific gravity in the vertically moving variable speed medium flow. With the action of machinery and water flow, the layered materials are discharged separately. Jig gold is suitable for separating coarse mineral particles (mineral raw materials of any particle size except fine materials). The beneficiation particle size range of its metal minerals is 0.074-50mm. Under the premise of dissociation, the lower limit particle size can reach 0.04mm, the process operation is simple, the equipment processing capacity is large, and the application effect is very good in roughing gold ore.

②Shaker table gold separation method

The main equipment for shaking table gold separation is shaking table, which is a sorting equipment in the horizontal medium flow. The transmission mechanism is used to drive the bed surface to make longitudinal reciprocating motion, and to perform flushing flow and bed surface differential motion, and the ore particles are reciprocating. The medium is subjected to stratification perpendicular to the bed surface and separation parallel to the bed surface, so that materials of different particle sizes are discharged from different sections of the bed surface to achieve separation.

Shaking table gold separation is suitable for processing and sorting finer minerals, and can be divided into three types: coarse sand bed, fine sand bed and ore mud bed according to the particle size of the ore. Among them, the coarse sand bed is suitable for sorting ore particles with a particle size of 0.5-2.0mm, the fine sand bed is suitable for processing ore particles with a particle size range of 0.074-0.5mm, and the slime bed is suitable for processing materials with a particle size of 0.037-0.074 mm of ore grains.

The ore feeding particle size range of shaking table gold separation is generally between 0.019-3mm. The gold separation is stable and reliable, and the distribution of ore belts is clearly visible.

③chute gold extraction method
The main equipment for chute gold separation is the spiral chute, which is a sorting device using inclined water flow. With the help of combined forces such as water flow, mineral gravity, and friction between ore particles and the bottom surface of the trough, the ore particles will settle in the trough according to their specific gravity. In different areas of the machine, the ore particles with a small specific gravity are taken away by the water flow, and the ore particles with a large specific gravity are left, that is, the separation is completed. The spiral chute is suitable for processing fine-grained materials with low mud content. The particle size range of the materials is 0.03-0.6mm. It has simple structure, large processing capacity and low comprehensive cost.

3.Gold ore flotation process plant

According to the differences of physical and chemical properties of gold ore surface, gold ore flotation production line is treated by flotation reagents, the gold deposits are selectively stick to the bubbles for the purpose of separation.
Gold flotation process is divided into several parts, such as crushing, grinding and flotation etc.It will be used jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, flotation machine, the mixing tank, thickener and other equipment.

Vein gold ore; Sulfide gold ore.In addition to separate gold, the process can also be used for flotation of copper ore, lead and zinc ore, fluorite ore, feldspar ore, graphite ore, tungsten ore and other metals and non-metal ore.
