1. Core features of gypsum ball mill
Structural design advantages
Double-layer partition plate segmented grinding structure is adopted to achieve process separation of coarse grinding and fine grinding
The cylinder lining is made of high chromium alloy, and its wear resistance is more than 3 times that of traditional manganese steel
Equipped with hydraulic jacking device for easy maintenance and repair
Process performance
The fineness of the finished product can be flexibly adjusted within the range of 80-325 mesh
Unit energy consumption is 15%-20% lower than that of Raymond mill
Strong adaptability to moisture content (≤8% materials can be directly ground)
Environmental control system
Pulse dust collector cooperates with negative pressure operation, dust emission <20mg/m³
Noise control meets GB12348 Class II standard (≤85dB)
2. Key points for gypsum ball mill
(1) Installation and commissioning stage
The foundation concrete curing period must be full 28 days, and the horizontal deviation must be ≤0.5mm/m
The first trial run should be carried out for 4 hours of no-load operation, and the bearing temperature rise must be ≤35℃
(2) Daily operation specifications
Feed particle size control: hard gypsum ≤ 25mm, desulfurized gypsum ≤ 30mm
It is strictly forbidden to overload the equipment, and the current fluctuation should be controlled within ±10% of the rated value
Lubrication system management:
Check the oil level of the main bearing every shift
Replenish the gear grease once a month
Replace the lubricating oil twice a year
(3) Maintenance points
Check the tightness of the liner bolts every week (torque must reach 980N·m)
Replace the grinding door seal every quarter to prevent powder leakage
The roundness of the cylinder should be checked during the annual overhaul (tolerance <3mm)
