The magnetic separation production line is a kind of beneficiation production line, which mainly uses the magnetic difference between minerals for beneficiation. The ore utilization rate can reach 90%, and the water consumption in the process is small, which saves water and reduces cost, lower pollution, energy saving and environmental protection.

The material enters jaw crusher for crushing, and the first-level crushed material enters jaw crusher again to be broken into the second-level crushed material. The second-level crushed material is transported to vibrating screen for screening, and the materials that meet the requirements are screened out by conveyor sends the silo to the next step.

Then the material enters ball mill for grinding, and the pulp from ball mill enters spiral classifier for particle size classification. Spiral classifier sends the unqualified materials upward to ball mill for re-grinding, and the qualified pulp materials enter the magnetic separator for magnetic separation. The material is attracted to the wall of the cylinder by the magnet. As the cylinder wall rotates, as the magnetic force weakens, the material is washed down from the cylinder wall by clear water and enters the next process. Then the pulp material enters the next magnetic separator for selection, the selected material is transported to the concentrate pool for dehydration, and the dehydrated material can be dried to obtain the finished mineral powder.
