Process flow of Crushing production line

Crushing process: Large pieces of stone are uniformly, quantitatively and continuously transported by the vibrating feeder through the silo to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed stone is transported by the conveyor to the impact crusher for further crushing; fine crushing The final stone is sent to the vibrating screen by the conveyor for screening, and several stones of various specifications are screened out. The stone that meets the particle size requirements is sent to the finished product pile by the finished product conveyor; the stone that does not meet the particle size requirements is returned by the conveyor. The material is sent to the impact crusher for crushing again, forming a closed circuit for multiple cycles. The particle size of the finished product can be combined and classified according to the user's needs. To protect the environment, it can be equipped with auxiliary dust removal equipment.
