1.Coarse crushing: Large pieces of basalt materials are evenly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing, that is, coarse crushing;
2.Intermediate crushing: the coarsely crushed basalt is sent to the cone crusher by the belt conveyor for secondary crushing, that is, the intermediate crushing process;
3.Screening: the crushed basalt material falls into the conveyor, and then enters the screening machine for necessary screening and classification;
4.Sand washing: the qualified basalt material in the medium crushing enters the sand washing machine for cleaning and processing, and then is sent to the finished product warehouse;
5.Fine crushing: the unqualified basalt material from the medium crushing is sent to the sand making machine for fine crushing processing by the belt conveyor, and then enters the vibrating screen again for screening, and the cycle repeats until the particle size meets the requirements.
