Qualified limestone (20-50mm) is lifted by a hoist and transported into the silo on the top of the preheater.
The top silo of the preheater is controlled by the upper and lower two level gauges to control the feeding amount, and then the limestone is evenly distributed into each room of the preheater through the discharge pipe.
Limestone is heated to about 900°C by 1150°C kiln flue gas in the preheater, and about 30% of it is decomposed. Pushed into the rotary kiln by hydraulic push rods, the limestone is calcined and decomposed into CaO and carbon dioxide in the rotary kiln.
The limestone generated after decomposition enters the cooler, and the cold air blown in the cooler is cooled to below 100°C and discharged. The heat-exchanged 600℃ hot air enters the kiln and mixes with coal gas for combustion.
The exhaust gas is cooled by the multi-tube cooler and enters the bag filter through the induced draft fan, and then enters the chimney through the exhaust fan.
The lime out of the cooler is sent to the lime product warehouse through a vibrating feeder, a chain bucket conveyor, a bucket elevator, and a belt conveyor.
Lime is a kind of construction material. With the process of urbanization, lime as a material that must be used in construction has attracted more and more attention. Lime is called active lime before it impinges on water, and stone produces ash. The production process of active lime is:
First, quarrying: the natural limestone is crushed and screened into small pieces suitable for firing. One pass is coarse crushing, medium crushing, and fine crushing operations.
Second: install the kiln. The crushed small pieces of limestone will be loaded into the active lime kiln according to a certain rule. Usually, a dedicated person will install the kiln. The kiln installation is a highly technical job. If it is not installed properly, it will cause incomplete burning.
Third, high temperature calcination.
