Mobile Jaw Crusher Description

The crushing mode of Jaw crusher is curved extrusion type, the electric motor drives the belt and the pulley, makes the movable jaw move up and down through the eccentric shaft, and when the movable Hubei Rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable Hubei Plate becomes larger, thus driving the movable jaw plate to approach the fixed Hubei Plate, the material is then subjected to multiple crushing pressures such as extrusion, rubbing, grinding, etc. . When the movable Hubei Moves Down, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable Hubei Plate becomes smaller, and the movable jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of a pull rod and a spring. At this point, the broken material is discharged from the lower opening of the crushing chamber, with the continuous rotation of the motor, the crusher is powered by Hubei for periodic crushing and discharging to achieve mass production.
