The ball mill is a key equipment for crushing materials after they are crushed. Ball mill discharge method
Central discharge: The ball mill at the discharge end of this structure discharges the material from the discharge plate, and then is lifted by the blade along the outer wall of the discharge to the discharge cone sleeve in the hollow shaft, and then enters the control screen through the elliptical hole, and the finished material is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the cover. The top of the cover is equipped with a pipe connected to the dust collection system.
Edge discharge: The ball mill will lift the material from the discharge plate to the spiral blade by the lifting blade, and then the rotating spiral blade will transport the material to the discharge outlet, and then slide into the discharge funnel after controlled trial. The dust-containing gas discharged from the ball mill enters the dust collection system through the exhaust pipe.
Intermediate unloading: There is a special unloading bin between the coarse grinding bin and the fine grinding bin of the ball mill, which is separated from the coarse grinding bin by a partition board. There is an elliptical unloading hole on the cylinder at the outlet of the unloading bin. A sealing cover is set outside the cylinder. The bottom of the cover is a unloading hopper, and the top is connected to the dust collection system. The materials are discharged from the middle.
Ball mill unloading principle
The material is discharged from the hollow shaft at the unloading end and enters the unloading device of the ball mill. The transmission pipe is connected to the hollow shaft at the unloading end of the ball mill with bolts, and the other end is connected to the central transmission shaft flange.
The cylindrical screen rotates with the transmission pipe. There is a discharge cover installed on the bracket outside the cylindrical screen. There are six unloading holes on the transmission pipe. The material enters the cylindrical screen from the discharge hole for screening. The fine material passes through the sieve hole and gathers in the discharge cover funnel, and then enters the conveying equipment through the flash valve. The coarse particles that do not pass through the sieve holes and the debris of the grinding body slide into the funnel under the action of the conical sleeve and the scraper. There is a plug plate at the bottom of the funnel, and the collected materials can be discharged by opening the plug plate regularly.
