Constructing a small-scale lithium concentrate plant requires a series of specialized equipment to complete the entire process from raw ore processing to concentrate production. First, the crushing system is a fundamental step, typically including jaw crushers and cone crushers, used to break down large pieces of lithium ore to a suitable size. Subsequently, the material enters the grinding stage, where ball mills or rod mills grind the ore into fine powder, preparing it for subsequent separation.

Next is the beneficiation stage, with the flotation machine as the core equipment. By adding specific reagents, the lithium minerals are effectively separated from the gangue minerals. The flotation machine uses bubbles to carry the target minerals out, forming lithium concentrate foam. To improve recovery rate and grade, a multi-stage flotation process is often required, along with mixing tanks to ensure uniform reagent distribution.
The dewatering stage is equally crucial. Thickeners are used for initial solid-liquid separation, reducing the slurry concentration; then vacuum filters or filter presses further dewater the material, obtaining a lithium concentrate product with low moisture content, facilitating transportation and storage. The entire process also requires supporting conveying equipment such as belt conveyors, pumps, and piping systems to ensure smooth material flow.
