Slag, also known as molten slag, is a major industrial waste slag produced in steelmaking operations. It is known as the saying that “smelting slag can make steel well”, which shows its important value. The industrial application value of slag is relatively high. It can be made into cement, glass, bricks, and can also be used to make agricultural fertilizers or extract useful substances from it.
When the slag dryer is working, the slag is sent to the hopper by the conveying equipment and sent to the feeding end of the slag dryer by the feeder, and enters the cylinder body smoothly through the inclined feeding pipe. The cylinder is slowly rotating during the working process, and has a certain inclination angle with the horizontal line. The slag enters the cylinder from the high end and slowly travels to the low end under the action of gravity. At the same time, the heating medium is introduced from the low end and continuously impacts to the high end, making reverse contact with the slag material, and in the process of contact between the two Finish the drying of the slag. In addition, the cylinder body is equipped with a copy board, which can continuously pick up and scatter the slag materials, greatly increase the contact area between the slag and the heating body, and increase the drying rate.

4. The cylinder has a large space area, and the amount of slag that can be accommodated is increased by more than 2 times. Therefore, the output of a single device is increased by more than 2 times year-on-year, which can meet the needs of large-scale manufacturers.
5. The cylinder adopts a strict sealing device to prevent dust from flying out, and it is equipped with new dust removal equipment and muffler device, noise and dust pollution are completely eliminated, and the production environment is better.
