This regulation is applicable to φ3200×3100 cone ball mills, and other ball mills of the same type can refer to it.
Operation method of cone ball mill
(I) Cone ball mill start-up method
1. Before operation, it is necessary to check each item according to the inspection content. After confirming that there is no fault, you can prepare for starting.
2. First start the oil pump and check whether the oil flow of the lubrication point and the indication of the lubrication system are normal.
3. After the lubrication system is normal, turn the wheel to check whether there is any blockage.
4. The on-duty personnel contact the full-time dispatcher, and the dispatcher contacts the substation for power supply.
5. Put the thyristor excitation adjustment device into operation and adjust it to 50V voltage and 100A current.
6. The personnel on duty shall strictly confirm the "start-up permission" signal before starting.
7. After confirming the "start-up permission" signal, move the control switch on the control box to the "closed" position to start the ball mill.
(II) Cone ball mill parking method
1. Before stopping the ball mill, stop feeding the ore and close the water gate.
2. Stop the machine only after the ore in the machine is processed.
3. After the ore in the machine is processed, move the control handle on the control box to the "open" position and notify the dispatcher, who will notify the substation to cut off the power.
4. After the ball mill stops running, stop the oil pump.
5. Stop the thyristor excitation device.
(III) Issues that should be paid attention to during the normal operation of the cone ball mill
1. Add steel balls at the specified time and in the specified quantity.
2. Check the temperature of the main bearing and motor every half an hour, which should not exceed 60℃.
3. There should be no abnormal noise in the operation.
4. Monitor the oil return pipe and ensure that the oil return temperature is within 35℃-45℃.
5. The bolts of the cylinder and end cover are not loose.
