The main shaft is driven by an eccentric sleeve, causing the moving cone to oscillate within the fixed cone, forming a compression crushing chamber. The hydraulic system allows adjustment of the discharge opening size, enabling overload protection and particle size control.

The fixed cone assembly is fixed to the frame and works with the moving cone to form the crushing gap. Its liner design affects crushing efficiency, and the laminated structure optimizes the shape of the finished particles. The lubrication system uses oil circulation to cool the bearings, reducing frictional loss.

The transmission system, comprising a motor, pulleys, and gear sets, transmits power to the eccentric sleeve. Multi-cylinder hydraulic presses utilize independent hydraulic stations, supporting cavity clearing and quick liner replacement. Sealing devices effectively prevent dust from entering critical components.
