Just as the hardness of each material is different, the steel balls of the ore dressing ball mill also have different hardness. Of course, the harder the steel ball, the better the material used. Therefore, in order to reduce production costs, customers generally choose steel balls of different materials for grinding according to the hardness of the material. The more appropriate way is to grind hard materials with hard steel balls and materials with average hardness with materials with average hardness. This can reduce loss and reduce costs. If all high-hardness steel balls are purchased, the cost cannot be reduced. If you buy steel balls with average hardness, then you can imagine how much loss you will suffer when grinding materials with high hardness.
