    The diameter of the cylinder body needs to match the production capacity requirements (usually 2.2-4.2 meters), the motor power range is 380-3530 kilowatts, and the output of a single unit should reach 11-87 tons.Ordinary ball mills are suitable for circlip systems, emphasizing high yield and low consumption; high-fineness types need to be equipped with silo devices and activation structures to improve the fine grinding efficiency of the open-flow system.

    Component integrity

    The core components such as the cylinder, the feeding/unloading device, and the transmission system need to be free of serious wear or deformation, the bearing temperature needs to be controlled within a safe threshold, and the lubrication system needs to ensure that the oil quality is clean and the waterway is smooth.

2. Process operation requirements

    Feeding uniformity

    Fluctuations in feeding volume will lead to unstable production quality, and continuous and stable feeding needs to be achieved through an automated control system to avoid the impact load affecting the grinding effect.

    Optimization of grinding body grading

    Adjust the proportion of steel balls according to the screening curve: if the yield is low and the fineness is thick, the grinding body needs to be added; if the yield is high but the fineness is thick, the large balls should be reduced and the small balls should be added to enhance the grinding capacity.During normal operation, the steel ball of the ball silo should be exposed to 1/2 of the material surface, and the thickness of the material layer of the fine grinding silo should be maintained at 10-20 mm.

3. Maintenance and safety standards

    Regular maintenance system

    Worn parts (such as liners and steel balls) need to be replaced on time, bolt tightness needs to be checked monthly, and motor grounding and protection devices should be tested weekly.

    Operation monitoring indicators

    The impact sound of the first warehouse should be loud and dull, and the second warehouse should show a regular ”swish" sound; if the difference between the front and rear screens of the compartment plate is too large, the problem of blockage of the grate hole or width overrun needs to be investigated.
