After a period of heat preservation, continue to heat up until the temperature of the ceramsite sand rotary kiln is heated to 290-310℃; the heating rate in the heating stage is (6-16)℃/hour and the temperature in a single heat preservation stage is The time is longer than that of a single heating phase.
2. In the second heating stage, coal tar combustion is used to continue heating the kiln head of the ceramsite sand rotary kiln. At the same time, petroleum coke is intermittently added from the end of the kiln to auxiliary heating the ceramsite sand rotary kiln. The second heating stage includes The four stages of heating-insulation-heating-insulation make the ceramsite sand rotary kiln heat up according to the set heating curve; that is, when the temperature of the ceramsite sand rotary kiln is heated to 360±10℃, it stops heating and switches to insulation, and keeps it warm for a period of time. Then continue to heat until the temperature of the ceramsite sand rotary kiln is heated to 450±10℃, and then keep warm for a period of time; during the heating process, adjust the input amount and dosage interval of petroleum coke so that the heating rate is within (6-16)℃/ hours, and the time of the secondary heat preservation stage in the second heating stage is longer than the time of the single heating stage, and the time of the second heat preservation stage is half of the time of the secondary heat preservation stage.
3. In the third heating stage, the coal tar combustion method is used to continue heating the kiln head of the ceramsite sand rotary kiln, and gradually reduce the supply of coal tar. At the same time, petroleum coke is continuously input from the end of the kiln to heat the ceramsite sand rotary kiln. Heating, when the temperature of the ceramsite sand rotary kiln reaches 550-620°C, stop using coal tar combustion for heating, and only use the method of continuously inputting petroleum coke from the end of the kiln to heat the ceramsite sand rotary kiln.
4. In the fourth heating stage, continue to use petroleum coke from the end of the kiln to continuously heat the ceramsite sand rotary kiln.
