NZ (S) type (also called TNZ type) centre drive concentrator is earlier traditional concentrated equipments, machines diameter less than 12m work in manual condition, machines above 12m in general way, using electric lift rake device. Large concentrator usually adopts the concrete pool and have overload instructions or alarm device. This machine structure is simple with smallwear, easy maintenance.
, citing foreign advanced technology design, domestic leading, which is a new generation of intelligent control thickener.
, using advanced feed system and deep settlement technology, clarify high efficiency, good concentration effect, processing high yield.
, using the central column to support the transmission device, replace the huge truss, so that the advantages of the central drive can be reflected in the large diameter tank, so that the transmission device work smoothly, safe and reliable rake machine operation.
, rake machine adopts cable type mechanism, through hinged arrangement, when encounter heavy load and obstacles, rake arm will automatically lift, make the rake machine running more safe.
, The use of the central framework to replace the transmission shaft, save materials, reduce costs, easy maintenance.
, The whole machine adopts PLC program control, can participate in centralized control, with automatic, manual two working mode, with overload alarm and fault latch function, improve work efficiency, ensure production safety.
, The machine uses high sensitivity monitoring monitoring probe, according to the mud scraper drag timely display, signal detection is comprehensive and accurate, safe and reliable action.
, The central slewing mechanism using rotary support mechanism, can withstand radial, axial and overturning moment, to ensure safe and reliable.
, The drive system can use a variety of drive motor, electric motor or hydraulic motor to play their respective advantages, to meet the use of different occasions.
