Chute feeder is generally lifted on the ore storage bin discharge port. The bottom plate can be used for reciprocating motion to realize the ore feeding. The stroke is 20-60 times /min, travel is 20-200mm. The amount of ore feeding is decided by the size of the stroke, and the stroke adjustment method is as follows: adjusting the eccentricity of the eccentric wheel of the driving device.
Chute feeder is suitable to be used in ore beneficiation, coal, chemistry and other industrial departments and it is able to take out the granulate massive materials from the storage bin and send them to different types of material receiving devices, but it is not suitable for feeding concentrate powders or other powdery materials.
