Different kinds of copper ore dressing process
1. Porphyry Copper Mine:
Copper-molybdenum deposits with copper as the main associated molybdenum deposits often exist as porphyry copper deposits. Because of their large reserves, they are currently an important source of copper extraction and are also an important source of molybdenum. Because such deposits have the characteristics of low ore grade and fine grain size, molybdenite has a layered structure and has good natural floatability, and is often closely associated with chalcopyrite and pyrite.
2. The method of beneficiation of copper oxide ore:
The main mineral types of copper oxide ore include malachite, malachite, azurite, cuprite, black copper, cholesteric, water cholesteric, copper oxide, and the like. Among them, malachite and azurite are relatively soluble to other ores and can be recovered by direct flotation or sulfidation flotation. 3. Process for beneficiation of copper sulfide minerals:
Copper sulphide ore can be divided into: single copper ore, copper-sulphide ore, copper pyrite, copper-molybdenum ore, copper-nickel ore, copper-cobalt-bearing ore, etc. According to different mineral types, there are different technological methods. Almost all copper sulfide ores have sulfides containing iron, so in a sense, the flotation of copper sulfide minerals is essentially the separation of copper sulfide and iron sulfide.
